Refund policy
Ordering Information:
Coin Hub Store makes ordering simple. You may order online
or by phone by calling 850-733-3337. We take many forms of
payment. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, unless
they are Pre-Orders. You will receive an email confirmation with your order
number and order details to the email you provided at checkout. You may choose
to checkout out as a guest or create an account. Creating an account will allow
you to log in and see all order history, as well as save your billing and
address information on future orders. We do not store credit card information,
all credit card information is encrypted to ensure a safe and secure
checkout.
Our Payment Methods:
PayPal– We will only ship to the PayPal Verified
Shipping Address registered on your account. PayPal payments typically
ship within 1-5 Business Days.
Credit Cards– We accept all major credit cards, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. CC Payments Ship within 1-5 Business
Days (excluding bullion). Bullion can sometimes take longer to ship due to high
demand.
*All credit card orders are reviewed by our fraud detection
software. We may require additional documentation before your order can be
processed and shipped. If the requested documentation is not provided, Coin
Hub Store may cancel the order at our discretion. Our website is verified
secure, but if you prefer – you may call in your credit card orders at 850-733-3337.
The maximum allowed credit card transaction is $50,000. All orders with a total
exceeding $50,000 must be paid for with a check or bank wire unless prior
approval by Coin Hub Store. Wire instructions will be emailed.
Check Payments– We accept check payments for up to
$50,000.00 for new customers. We will make exceptions for long-time customers.
Please call 850-733-3337 to place a check order over $50,000. All check
payments will be held for 5-10 business days upon confirmation of payment from
your bank is received.
E-Check- Subject to a 7-10 business day
hold.
Wire Transfer– Order total for wire transfer payments
must be a minimum of $2,500. Orders over $150,000 must be placed by phone
at 850-733-3337.
- Online
wire orders require a 10% credit card deposit (up to $2,500) to
secure the order while awaiting payment. - Once
the wire payment is received and cleared, the deposit will be refunded
within 30 days. - Orders
paid by wire typically ship within 1–2 business days after
funds clear, unless otherwise discussed. - Bullion
Orders: Wire payment must be received the same business day to
lock in pricing. Any bullion order not paid by wire the same business day
is subject to cancellation due to market fluctuations.
Cash– We do NOT accept cash for any
order as a form of payment.
Our Return Policy:
At Coin Hub Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If
there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help and will do our best
to make it right. We offer a 7-day return window for certified
graded coins, starting from the date you receive your order. If you would
like to return or exchange an eligible certified coin, simply contact us within
7 days by phone at 850-733-3337 or email info@coinhubstore.com to
request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items
must be returned in their original, untampered certified holders - All original
packaging and paperwork must be included - The
return must be received within 7 business days of RMA
issuance - Return
shipping must be insured, tracked, and require a signature
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, a full
refund will be issued. Returns received after the 7-day window, or without a
return authorization, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or in
some cases, may not be eligible for return.
Special Orders & Custom Labels
Custom orders, including coins sourced specifically
at a customer’s request or coins with custom labels, are not eligible
for return.
Delivery times for special and custom orders are estimates
only and may take up to 30 days or longer depending
on availability, grading service processing times, or other factors outside our
control.
By placing a special or custom order, the customer
acknowledges and accepts these terms.
Bullion Policy
Due to the nature of the precious metals market, items
classified as bullion — including gold, silver, platinum, and
palladium bars or coins — are not eligible for return. However, we
are always happy to discuss buyback options for these items
based on current market rates. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the
property of Coin Hub Store.
Items Received Damaged or Incorrect
If your item arrives damaged or not as described,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will
coordinate a replacement or a return at our cost.
Pre-Order Policy (Numismatic Coins &
Certified Issues):
A Pre-Order is an advance purchase of an
item that has been announced but is not yet available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Payment
Timing
All pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is placed.
We do not place authorization holds or reserve inventory without payment. - Price
& Inventory Lock
Full payment locks in your purchase price and secures your
allocation. Pre-order pricing is subject to change once inventory is
released, as market conditions, demand, and availability may shift. - Market
Conditions
Many numismatic products experience price increases or limited
availability after pre-orders begin. Charging at the time of purchase
allows us to honor confirmed orders and pricing commitments. - No
Inventory Holds Without Payment
We do not reserve or hold coins without full payment, as inventory
allocations are limited and often oversubscribed. - Estimated
Release Dates
Release dates provided by mints or grading services are estimates
only and may change without notice. Delays do not constitute
grounds for cancellation beyond the terms outlined below. - Cancellations
& Refunds (Numismatic Pre-Orders Only)
You may cancel a numismatic pre-order at any time prior to
shipment for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original
form of payment.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours after
the returned item has been received and inspected. Your refund will be issued
using the same method as your original payment:
- Credit/Debit
Card: Refunded to the same card. If the card is no longer active,
a store credit will be issued. - ACH
or Check: Refunded by check - Wire
Transfer: Refunded by wire or check, depending on amount - PayPal:
Refunded via PayPal
Please allow up to 7 business days for
credit card and PayPal refunds to appear on your account.
Cancellation Policy:
Bullion orders cannot be canceled at any time, make sure you
are certain what you are buying when you place your order and complete the
check-out process. Special orders of products we don't carry or special labels
requested by customer cannot be canceled. Non-bullion items can be canceled by
calling 850-733-3337. All non bullion orders may be canceled if
canceled before the order has shipped. Order cancellations are required to be
initiated by phone or email prior to shipping. If you need to cancel an order,
you are required to call 1-850-733-3337 or email info@coinhubstore.com
between 8am and 5pm PST within 24 hours of placing the order. Not all items are
able to be canceled and a 20% Restocking fee may apply. Once an item has
shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Coupon Policy:
Coupons do not apply to Bullion items, purchased by
"Make an Offer", Sale items or Payment Plans, no exceptions.
Shipping Policy:
We offer FREE Insured Shipping with Tracking on all
domestic orders over $199. Most orders will be shipped within 1-5
business days of order placed, unless Pre-Orders or otherwise discussed with
customer. Bullion Order shipping times vary due to market demand and
conditions. Some bullion items can take up to 2 weeks to deliver. You will
receive an email with your tracking number once shipped. We ship all items
insured via FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class
Mail, or Registered Mail. All orders over $1000 will require a signature for
delivery. We will determine the shipping method based on the value of the
order, day of the week being shipped, and customer requests.
*If you pay for Overnight or 2-Day shipping, your order
will NOT ship same day. Your order will be processed as normal, but will ship
the exact service you paid for. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or
holidays.
All orders are shipped to the verified billing address or
shipping address at the time the order was placed, unless otherwise worked out
by calling us at 850-733-3337. ALL orders are shipped signature
required, NO exceptions.
Shipment Packaging:
We understand that discretion and security is key when
shipping valuable precious metals. All items are securely wrapped in protective
packaging and then placed inside the shipping parcel. Our address labels are
discrete and do not give any indication of valuable content inside. You can
rest assured of your privacy and your packages will arrive safely.
Shipment Tracking:
After your online order is placed through Coin Hub Store,
you can track your order’s status through the MY ACCOUNT page.
If you choose not to set up an account we will email you your tracking number
with your invoice when your items(s) is ready to ship. At Coin Hub Store, we
keep our customers fully informed from order status to shipping process. We
never leave you hanging and wondering when your order shipped and when it will
arrive. You will always have peace of mind.
Shipping Insurance:
For Peace of Mind every single package we ship is sent with
fully insured. This means that in the extremely unlikely case your package is
lost or damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase
price. Please note that our insurance policies only extend to packages IN
transit – once the carrier obtains a signature or completes the proof of
delivery confirmation, we are no longer responsible, our coverage ceases. With Coin
